The museum is ground-level and wheelchair accessible. The barrier-free entrance is located at the back of the Filmhaus, in the Sony Center forum. The museum’s exhibition spaces can be reached by a wheelchair-accessible elevator. Portable seating equipment, available at the cash registers on the ground floor, may be borrowed for a 10 euro deposit. Guide dogs are permitted in our exhibitions. Barrier-free restrooms are located on a lower level (2.UG) and on an upper level (3.OG). They are reached by using the wheelchair-accessible elevator.
